Chronic Pain Relief

Chronic pain relief is achieved via a 3-pronged approach:
1. Removing adhesion and clearing nerve entrapments via hands-on soft tissue treatment, shockwave therapy, and instrument-assisted treatment.
2. Improving strength via specific rehabilitation exercises.
3. Temporary lifestyle modifications to unload the painful tissue.

Dr. Michael Vanchieri D.C.

Dr. Vanchieri graduated from Hillsdale College with a degree in Biochemistry while also earning four letters for baseball.

After graduating from National University of Health Sciences with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2017, he moved out to New York to pursue his life goal of enabling happier and healthier humans.

After brief stints as an associate, Dr. Vanchieri decided to fulfill a lifelong goal to open up his practice in 2019, Wildcard Spine and Sport.

A specialist in diagnosing and removing adhesion, Dr. Vanchieri has enabled thousands of people to get back to doing what they need to and want to do daily.

In his free time, Dr. Vanchieri loves to lift weights, train for triathlons, play the guitar, tend his garden, and spend time with his wife, Briana, and their French Bulldog, Juno.

He also enjoys reading fantasy, playing video games, and telling dad jokes.
